Dr. Joe George was born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He graduated with a B.S. degree in biology from the Pennsylvania State University, and then earned his medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. After completing an osteopathic rotating internship at Delaware County Memorial Hospital in Drexel Hill, PA, he finished his pediatric residency at Crozer Chester Medical Center in Upland, PA.
Dr. George's interests include asthma management and preventative care. Dr. George is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. He is also a member of the American Osteopathic Association. His wife, Melissa is a pathologist. His hobbies include reading, movies, Philadelphia professional sports, target shooting, and golf.
